This privacy policy sets out how the Parents’ Forum for Bradford and Airedale uses and protects any information that you give the PFBA when you use this website, or complete and send a membership form, or apply for a Max Card from us.

The PFBA is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

The Parents’ Forum may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 25th May 2018.

What we collect

We may collect your Name and Email address the following reasons:

  • To contact you when you make an enquiry
  • To send you news and other information from time to time we think may interest you when you subscribe to our mailing list

  • Child’s disability/condition
  • Child’s age
  • Child’s school/education setting
  • Ethnicity

We use this to occasionally monitor our membership, or to contact parents of a particular group of children or young people, for example young people who are of transition age, or children/young people with a particular disability.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
