We hold spotlight events and information sessions to raise awareness on topics important to our members. Previously, we’ve held events around attendance, emotionally based school avoidance, coffee & cake catch ups with our parent involvement partners and attend the annual World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD).
We are run and governed by parents of children/young people with additional needs and proudly represent Bradford as one of 152 Parent Carer Forums across England. Established in 2012 by parent carers, we now have a core team of three staff members and a diverse range of trustees who are passionate about creating a space whee families feel heard, welcomed and supported.
