On behalf of Contact, we are sharing this link to a survey –
Why your experiences are important to us
Families with disabled children face particular challenges during the current crisis. But we also have an opportunity to improve support and funding for disabled children both now and in the future.
As part of the Disabled Children’s Partnership (DCP), we’re running a survey to find out about your experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will use the findings to reveal what life in lockdown is like for families with disabled children and share these hidden, untold experiences with the government.
Our aim is to use what you tell us to help improve the support that families are offered in lockdown and beyond.
By disabled children we mean any child or young person up to 25 with additional needs, for example children with sensory, complex, life-limiting, rare or undiagnosed conditions.
The survey takes around 20 minutes to complete and is open to anyone in the UK.
The deadline is 9am on Monday 18 May 2020.
